Welcome to Le Carré d'Herbes, our restaurant nestled in the heart of a peaceful courtyard and surrounded by antique shops in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue

In a setting that is both intimate and friendly, chef Benjamin Auzoux offers inventive and tasty cuisine, deeply rooted in Provençal traditions. The products, fresh and seasonal, are carefully selected from local producers. Each dish is an invitation to a taste journey, where authentic flavors blend with a touch of modernity
